HOW DOES FEDERAL PARLIAMENT WORK?Førvanian Federal Parliament consists of four MPs: one for each of the States and the Emperor.
The MPs are voted in by their States and their affiliated Territories each year. Once Parliament is settled for the year, an election is held for the entire country. All Acts are voted on in Parliament, with all MPs voting. If a majority of MPs vote yes to an Act, then it is passed. If not, then it is rejected. If it is tied 2-2, then the Emperor has the deciding vote. |
